About this Talk

Pamela Chapman explains why, often time, our projects seemingly fail even though great amounts of money, time, and energy have been poured into the process.

She doesn't stop there. She goes on to share and demonstrate three easy and practical techniques that can be used to turn disappointments into triumphs!

Pamela Chapman spent 35 years in Corporate, 14 of those as a C-suitor mentoring and guiding staff and community. The last four years of her Corporate career were spent working as a case manager for a large non-profit in Orange County, CA. There she worked with homeless families being thrust into the family- violence industry helping heal those who had lost all direction and hope. Her recidivism rate was one of the lowest in the industry, at that time, resulting in continual funding for the 'Strong Beginnings' Program for her agency.

After the death of her soul mate, she asked, “What do I want to do when I grow up,” again. This led to another major-life transition relocating to Colorado to join her elderly mother.

Chapman now specializes in helping break the cycle of victimization working with women who desperately want to transition from the journey of pain: abuse; victimization; poverty; and low self-worth, to begin their journey of love: self-love; peace; happiness; and abundance.
